Philippines has plenty of exotic dishes you can enjoy to your liking. They are often sold in the streets by street vendors or can be found in small and large restaurants. One of these is dinuguan, a pig‘s blood being mixed with the pig’s intestines, heart, and liver. But this dinuguan recipe that I have shared with you will make use of the pig’s meat and fat. This is another way of how a dinuguan is being cooked.
So, have a try and taste for yourself another worth remembering dish found only in the Philippines.
You will need:
1 kilo pork, diced, fat separated from meat
2 cups water
1 tablespoon garlic
salt and pepper
2 pieces green chili, chopped (optional)
