You’ve got lots of options with this sweet sandwich. Switch the strawberries and brie for poached pears and ricotta. Or forego the cheese and stuff the sandwich with bananas and Nutella, a classic combination. Sandwich moment for you would never be the same again once you try this sandwich surprise. It is definitely an addicting indulgence.

You will need:


250 to 300 grams fresh strawberries

4 slices brioche or challah bread

4 to 6 slices brie

powdered sugar for dusting

Here’s how:


1) Hull the strawberries and slice in half.

2) Pile brie on bottom half of brioche then layer strawberries on top. Top with other brioche slice.

3) Dust sandwich with powdered sugar.
