| My favorite! And my friends all swear that it’s the best cookie ever! Recipe by Dreena Burton, Homestyle Chocolate Chip Cookies viveleveganrecipes.blogspot.com/2006/01/homestyle-chocola… (Photo credit: Wikipedia) |
2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup softened butter (with no salt), 1 teaspoon baking soda, cup granulated sugar, cup brown sugar, 2 cups Nestl Toll House SemisweetSemi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels (12 oz. pack), 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1 cup ground nuts, 1 teaspoon salt,
Directions:
Pre-heat your oven to 375 F and prepare A pair of mixing bowls for your cookie batter, one smaller than average and the other bigger.
In your tiny mixing bowl, toss in flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix.
Blend butter, brown and white sugar, and vanilla extract together in your large blending bowl, assuming you have any blender, in that case that is easier. Combine until smooth and rich.
Add in eggs individually while still stirring. Steadily bring together the flour mixture, then whip in nuts together with chocolate chips.
In several not greased baking sheets, carefully drop a spoonful of your batter or you can form them right into ovals using your palms until finally baking sheet is loaded. Try to make sure to have plenty of distance in between your cookie batter, one inch would do.
Bake in your oven for 10-11 minutes or just until golden brown. Pop out from your oven and cool for approximately 2 minutes. Do exactly the same to the other baking sheets with drops of cookie batter.
Serve next to a mug of warm milk for each of your children or for you.
Relish these delightful original cookies!
