AIMING THE SPEAR ( LEFT SHOULDER GRAB WITH RIGHT HAND)

Defense A:

  1. Left foot steps forward as you do a right flex block to inside of right Arm simultaneously doing a left heel palm strike to the jaw.
  2. Followed by a right half fist to throat.

Defense B:

  1. Left foot steps forward as you do a right flex block to inside of right Arm simultaneously doing a left heel palm strike to the jaw.
  2. Followed by a right half fist to throat.

Defense C:

  1. Left foot steps forward as you do a right flex block to inside of right Arm simultaneously doing a left heel palm strike to the jaw.
  2. Followed by a right half fist to throat.
