BLOCKING THE DRAGON: RIGHT PUNCH, RIGHT KICK THEN A LEFT PUNCH

Defense :

  1. Left foot steps to 12:00, left downward block to the right kick, followed by a right inward block to the right punch.
  2. Go to right hard bow has you face 12:00, left rising block under the left punch.
  3. Right hammer fist to the groin as your pull back into a fight stance, left hand grabs the attackers left arm to pull them down, right, left, right
    rolling back fist to the face.
