CIRCLE OF CHINA : FRONT KICKFRONT KICK, WHILE DOWN ON LEFT KNEE

Defense:

  1. While down on left knee use a Universal block as you pivot to face 10:30.
  2. Right hammerfist to groin.
  3. Roll onto left knee right back kick.
  4. Cross out.
