EAGLE’S BEAK (ABC) : SHOULDER GRAB FROM RIGHT SIDE

Defense A:

  1. Left foot steps to 9:00 into softbow as left hand pins opponents left hand.
  2. Right eagle beak strikes up into the nerve in the biceps.

Defense B:

  1. Left foot steps to 9:00 into softbow as left hand pins opponents left hand.
  2. Right eagle beak strikes to rib cage.

Defense C:

  1. Left foot steps to 9:00 into soft bow as left hand pins opponents hand.
  2. Right eagle beak or fist #2 strikes up to left biceps.
  3. The eagle beak strike to rib cage.
  4. Raking in a downward motion.
