Defense :

1. Right foot steps to 12:00 as you do a right inward block with your left hand covering, as your attacker throws a left punch shuffle forward to 12:00 with a right extended outward block to the left punch.
2. Left chop to throat; right chop to the left side of the neck.
3. Shuffle forward to 12:00, left hand grabs attackers right collar as your right hand grabs left collar.
4. Twist both hands CCW to apply choke, right knee to groin.
