KUNG-FU WRIST : TWO MAN ATTACK

Defense:

  1. Both hands counter grabs opponent arms then your right foot steps behind left foot followed by a right front snap kick to groin or solar plexus.
  2. Right foot will cross step in front of left foot & plants down.
  3. Pivot to face 6:00 Step left to 2:30 left hammerfist strike to elbow.
  4. Pull attacker down across left knee.
  5. Left elbow to temple left downward elbow strike to spine.
