REVERSING HAMMERS : LEFT PUNCH

Defense:

  1. Left foot cross steps to 1:30 left vertical outward block then right foot steps 12:30.
  2. Right swinging backhand strike through the base of skull then left forearm strike to rib cage as your left hand check opponents arm.
  3. Right chop toribs.
