REVERSING WIND: RIGHT PUNCH

Defense:

  1. Left foot steps forward to 11:000 as your left hand parries.
  2. Right punch to right arm biceps.
  3. Right snapping backfist to head.
  4. Right forearm to side of neck, back of wrist hooks around the back of the attacker’s neck.
  5. Right shifts to 9:00, pivot to face 6:00 as you do a left chop behind neck, right front thrust kick to ribs.
