RISING ELBOW : REAR BEAR HUG, ARMS FREE

Defense:

  1. Step out right into square horse clearing the centerline.
  2. Left hammer fist to groin left hand grabs groin.
  3. Left foot steps behind opponent left leg to buckle knee followed by a left elbow strike up to chin then a left hammerfist to groin.
