TURNING THE ROD : RIGHT PUNCH FROM RIGHT SIDE

Defense:

  1. Right foot steps to 2:30 with a left parry to the outside of the right punch.
  2. Left backhand parry.
  3. Hooks CW over the top of the attacker’s right arm.
  4. Left foot steps to 1:30 as your right arm hooks attackers arm CW to 1:30.
  5. Right roundhouse kick to the rib cage.
