WINDING ELBOWS ABCD: RIGHT PUNCH

Defense A:

  1. Right foot steps to 12:00, right inward block, and right chop to right side of neck.
  2. Hook right hand behind attacker’s neck, right arm circles to strike down with the elbow onto the spine.

 Defense B:

  1. Right foot steps to 12:00, right inward block, and right chop to right side of neck.
  2. Hook right hand behind attacker’s neck, but us unable, right elbow strikes thru jaw, right claw down face.

Defense C:

  1. Right foot steps to 12:00, right inward block, and right chop to right side of neck.
  2. Hook right hand behind attacker’s neck, left elbow to spine.

Defense D:

  1. Right foot steps to 12:00, right inward block, and right chop to right side of neck.
  2. Hook right hand behind attacker’s neck, left elbow to spine then a right elbow to spine.

Defense E:

  1. Right foot steps to 12:00, right inward block, and right chop to right side of neck.
  2. Hook right hand behind attacker’s neck, left elbow to spine then a right elbow to spine, left elbow to spine.
