Defense:

1. Cross arm block to kick with the right hand on top as you block the leg catch it.
2. And twist opponents leg over to 3:00 so opponent falls face down.
3. Then do a left front snap kick to groin planting kick down at 1:30 followed by a double heel palm to back.
4. Then the right foot stomps the opponents spine.
