RAISING THE SHIELD: RIGHT PUNCH WITH RIGHT KICK

Defense:

  1. Left foot steps to 6:30, as you do a right downward block.
  2. With your left hand cocks above your head.
  3. Left hand parries the right punch as you pivot into horse to face 12:00.
  4. Right Fan block as you shuffle forward to 12:00.
  5. Right arm continues in a CW motion to strike rib cage with a forearm strike, left hand covers.
